Group Classes Spring - Summer 2025
Find classes to suit your schedule. You could:

attend one class per week or more,

combine Pilates classes with Buff Bones® classes to benefit from both approaches,

or mix group classes with Private Sessions tailoring tuition to your precise needs & goals.

All classes are held at Bramble Hall, Balcombe - only a10 -15 minute drive from Haywards Heath, Lindfield, Cuckfield, Handcross, Ardingly, Turners Hill, Pease Pottage, Copthorne & Crawley.

9:30am - Movement Mastery Pilates (Mixed Ability)
10:45am - Movement Mastery Pilates (Mixed Ability)
​​Midday - Core Foundations Pilates (Beginner/Refresher)
THURSDAYS
9:30am - Buff Bones® (Level 1 "Restore")

Midday - NEW in September - Movement Mastery Pilates
FRIDAYS
9:30am - Intermediate Pilates Method

10:45am - Buff Bones® (Level 2 "Build")
Midday - Core Foundations Pilates (Beginner/Refresher)
CLASSES RUN FOR 60 MINUTES.

Prices
There are several payment options available:
Discounted block booking
(1 class per week)
£13 per class
Pay in advance for a block of 6–8 weeks (typically aligned with WSCC half-terms).
Example: A 6-week block = £78
Pay-per-class
£15 per class
Ideal if you're unable to attend all sessions in a block.
Must be paid and booked in advance at the start of a new block.
Discounted block booking
(2 classes per week)
£12 per class
Pay in advance for two classes per week over 6–8 weeks.
Example: 12 classes over 6 weeks = £144
Mini-Block
£45 for 3 classes
A great way to try out classes before committing to a full block.
Use within 6 weeks of your first session.

Payments can be made via bank transfer or cheque.

Your place will be confirmed once both payment and your enrolment form have been received.
