9:30am - Pilates Method Flow (Intermediate - Level 3/4) - 1 space
10:45am - Buff Bones® (Level 2/3 "Build & Amplify") - 1 space

PLEASE ARRIVE 5 MINUTES BEFORE CLASS TO ENABLE A PROMPT START.

Block 1 - Monday 12th January - Friday 13th February
Half Term - Monday 16th February - Friday 20th February.
Block 2 - Monday 23rd February - Friday 27th March.
SUMMER TERM 2026
Block 1 - Monday 13th April - Friday 22nd May
Half Term - Monday 25th May - Friday 29th May.
Block 2 - Monday 1st June - Friday 24th July (tbc).
Prices
There are two payment options available:
Half-Term Block Booking
£13 per class
Pay in advance for a block of 6–8 weeks (typically aligned with WSCC half-terms).
Example: 6 weeks (1class per week) = £78, (2 classes per week) = £156.
Mini-Block
£45 for 3 classes
A great way to try out classes before committing to a full block.
Use within 6 weeks of your first session.

All payments must be made in advance before starting your block.

Payments can be made via bank transfer or cheque.

Your place will be confirmed once both payment and your enrolment form have been received.

You are very welcome to pay for an entire term in one payment to reserve your space for longer.
